Lost 5 lbs in 2 wks with Intensity Series!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to share some motivation!!!! I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks since I got the intensity series. I had been at a plateau the previous few weeks. Looks like the intensity series did just as Cathe said and SHOCKED my system and hopefully kicked my body into loss mode again :+ I can also feel it in my clothes... even in my jeans:)

The absolutely amazing thing is my flabby abs from having a baby are GOING AWAY! My DH can't believe how fast my abs are going down. I think it is all the CORE work in the vids! It is soooooo hard and I can't do 1/2 the exercises Cathe does. However, at least it gives me something to work for.

Also.... I took 3 rest days the 1st week and 2 the 2nd!!!! I focused on intensity of the workout not duration! Funny thing is I haven't totally been eating clean either? I have been so busy at work and home and just beat from these videos I had let the eating slide. I am going to commit starting tommorrow to my diet! HOpefully the results will continue! I am just so dang hungry w/this series x(

Has anyone else had awesome results with this series???

Way to go on your loss. I haven't started on an Intensity series rotation yet so I don't have a success of my own to add. But I know everyone that is on the Total Body Blast rotation and others that are just doing their own thing are raving about their results. So, I'm pretty jazzed that once I start on my Intensity rotation that I'll be just as happy with my results as everyone else. All of a sudden I don't fear swimsuit season for next year that is ;-) I doubt I'll get my big butt in swimsuit shape by this summer but next year look out.

So far I've lost 5 pounds in the 4 weeks on the Total Body Blast rotation. I don't really need to lose much more weight, but getting rid of the flabby areas, especially lower abs, is what I've been looking for.
This rotation has been what I needed to tighten up the obliques. My DH noticed that from the sides I look like Jai.(still working on her abs, LOL) You can see the definition in my back now. I've lost 1/2 inch all over during this time. It is those difficult inches, the ones I've had trouble with for years, that are coming off. I owe it to this Intense Series and all that core work.

I'm going to continue this Total Blast challenge for another 4 weeks. Maybe we can keep one another motivated and keep up this rotation. It really works.

GO GIRL! What videos have you been doing? And it sounds like you weren't killing yourself either with long workouts or super strict eating! And your stomach is getting flatter! That is awesome! Cory Everson once said that after a binge or cheat day, she would actually lose weight because the excess calories kind of shocked her system, as a new workout did. On that note, I better go eat that 2# bag of M&Ms I have. Just kidding. That is so great to hear about your success!

First off, congrats! You should be proud. I'm patting you on the back as I sit here!:) I just took my measurements the other day. I've been doing the series about 3 weeks. I've lost 1/2" off my waist and my hips! My thighs are each down about 1/4". I have lost about 5 pounds too. I am soooo thrilled. I too was stuck in a rut before these came along. I have been eating much cleaner than before also.
Today I'm wearing a pair of Levi's that haven't fit "just right" in a while! Yipee! Thank you Cathe! Susan

Thanks all for the kind words! It was all of you doing the Total Body Blast rotation that motivated me the past couple weeks! Your results were so inspiring and just knowing you were there feelin' the pain with me:)

JIlliana - I am sure you will be happy with the result! You are going to have a blasT

Deborah - I hope you get better soon! It was your back, right! Be careful and take care of yourself! That is most important! I fell last Sun after pushin' it too hard with 2 Cathe workouts on Sat and then 1 on Sun. It scared the heck out of me! I took it back down this week (frequency wise) and had even better results! Hang in there.

Cathe4me2/SusanZ - congrats on your loss! Gotta love that core work! Gettin' in old jeans has to be the best natural high in the world! Gettin' em' past the hips alone makes me do cart wheels!

Jilly Bean.... thank girl! Below is the exact rotation I did since I tracked it all! I had to put in a couple other lower intensity vids since I was afraid of overtraining. Also, I was still getting This week I am going to go full force with the intensity and see what happens. I posted a rotation for feedback on the other forum.

Sat - C&W, PUB
Sun - Rest
Mon - Bootcamp
Tues- Muscle Endurance
Wed- Elliptical at gym 30 min, high rep total body wt work
Thurs Bootcup at GYM
Fri - Rest

Sat - Imax2 + Muscle Endurance
Sun - C&W (These 2 days were WAY TOO Much... had serious overtraining issues!!!!! Will not do it again)
Mon - Rest
Tues -Powerstrike 3 + MIC hi lo
Wed - PUB
Thurs-High Intensity Step at Gym (Cardio only for 50 min. hi intensity + 5 min warmup and 5 min cooldown)
Fri - Rest
