Loose DVDs in packaging

I ordered the HC series from CK Sales. When they arrived, I could tell several of the DVDs were loose and floating in their boxes. I opened one and there are some scratches on the back. Is this something I take up w/ SNM or with CK Sales?

This happened to one of mine too, but it played just perfectly and I decided to let it be. Not that I'm suggesting what you should do, just throwing that in. I couldn't tell anything when I played it, but at first I was worried.

you contact ck sales since they are the ones you bought them from... i've read that they handle the replacements promptly!

I had 3 loose DVDs that were scratched. They all play fine, but I'm going to email SNM about maybe getting a replacement DVD case for IMAX 3 as all the prongs inside are broken and I can't lock my DVD in it.

Only one of my DVD's was loose and scratched. It plays fine, but you never know what will happen in the future. I paid for a pristine DVD, so that's what I want. I contacted CKSales (I ordered through them), and they promptly responded. They said that they will get a replacement and a return mailer out to me ASAP, but it might take a couple of weeks because they are backlogged.

They also said that this has been happening alot with the HardCore DVD's. :-( I'm just glad only 1 out my 11 had the problem.

Contact CK Sales.

For anyone reading who ordered from SNM:

My copy of LowMax was loose in the case and scratched. I ordered from SNM. I emailed them right away and they emailed me back, saying to open and check all of my discs. Only LowMax was scratched. They sent me a new copy and a pre-stamped cd mailer in which to send back the scratched disc. I did that yesterday. The whole thing took less than a week.

There's an example of good customer service. I wish SNM would show that same type of service when it comes to the sound issues many are experiencing. They know how to do it, they just don't always choose to, it seems :(

I wanted to add this to the above post, but my time to edit has expired.
I want to add to my final comment. I actually have no first-hand knowledge of how SNM is handling complaints about the sound issues. I have had no sound issues myself, and based my comment on various threads at VF. So... I'm going to go with my first-hand experiences with SNM, which have always been stellar.
