Hi Thought I would get our check - in Started
This Thursday I have my First Personal Training Session. He will be coming out to my home to help set up a basic program for me and Help me with form with weight lifting exercises. He was impressed that I had 30lb dumbells....
but I told him the 30ld Dumbells were a goal

I am still working my way up to my 25lb dumbells. I was however shocked that I could used my 20lb dumbells for chest press for 2 sets before going down to 15lb dumbells for the last set.
This week I have been doing Slow and Heavy.
Monday Chest
Tuesday Back
Wednesday Rest
Thursday Rest
Friday Rest
Saturday Biceps & Triceps
Next week I will continue with Slow and Heavy + 30 Min of Cardio to each workout except Saturday.

Tuesday Legs and Shoulders
Wednesday Biceps & Triceps
Thursday (Work out with my personal Trainer and show off my Cathe Tapes

- We are going to plan a program around My Cathe and FIRM Tapes and add in a Running Program as well when I am ready. Unfortunately My New DVDs are not scheduled to arrive until Friday.
