Looking for input on a rotation I'm planning

Hi all! I just took my first stab at planning a rotation all by myself, and I wanted to hear what everyone thought of it... I've just gotten back on the exercise wagon in the past month after slacking off for the past 4 months. Before I think I was intermediate at cardio, probably beginner at weights. Right now my goals are to increase my strength and cardiovascular stamina as well as drop about 2 pants sizes (probably lose 15-20 lbs in that process as well).

This is a two week rotation that I tried to come up with so I could do my CTX tapes and not blow out my knees from all the impact. :) The workouts that are surrounded by << >> are the ones that I would drop out of the rotation if my week got hectic or I decided I needed a rest or yoga/stretch day.

1: CTX All Step (shoulders) plus MIS leg section
2: << HiLo cardio, lo impact (modify Totally Hot Cardio) >>
3: CTX 10-10-10 (triceps) plus MIS back section
4: FIRM SBHT & Volume 1 floorwork
5: CTX Kickbox (biceps) plus MIS chest section
6: << Step workout (Cathe's Wedding video step section) >>
7: REST

8: CTX Power Circuit (back) plus MIS shoulders
9: << Cardio (FIRM Maximum cardio )>>
10: CTX Step & Intervals (chest) plus MIS biceps
11: << HiLo cardio, lo impact (modify Totally Hot Cardio?) >>
12: Karen Voights Firm Arms & Abs
13: CTX Leaner Legs
14: REST

Hi, I just wanted to clarify...on days you do CTX are you doing both the cardio and that body part or just the upper body segment?

Oops, yes, I'm planning on doing the cardio and weights. I only have VHS, so it's much more convenient for me to do a video from beginning to end.

EDITED to add: The way I have this planned right now, I'll do all the parts of MIS in consecutive order, so I'll be able to just pop it in after each CTX weight section with no fast forwarding or anything.

I've just barely started, just did day 1 today, which was tough - the MIS leg section was a heck of a lot longer than I remembered! :) I will post back if this gives me good results and I can handle the impact (which is what I'm looking for).
