It's me again with more questions I might add.
Late last year or early on this year weren't you the one tipping everyone off to resistance work with the tubing?
Well, finally I have decided to get busy on my outer and inner thighs and glutes (again)! Can you recommend some exercises to do for each of those areas. Yesterday I was fooling around with my Figure 8 tube and my doorknob exerciser and thought about you. Hopefully you're the right person!
Yesterday I tried standing outer thigh lifts, 5 sets of 15 reps. Boy that burn felt wonderful!
Then I put my left foot on one end of the Figure 8, hooked the other side around my right ankle and extended my leg behind me to work the glutes. I'm thinking of getting down on my hands and knees, hooking the bands around both feet and extending the leg out, pushing through the heel towards the wall behind me (for more glute work).
What other moves can I do for outer thigh and what do you recommend for the inner thigh? I'm really lost for the inner thigh work!
