Looking for circuit style training dvds...

I have step/jump/pump and cardio/weights and boot camp, BUT they are taped off of Fittv w/ the commercial breaks...Also, don't know how much is cut from them for tv.

I would like to purchase some different circuit style workouts but don't know which ones are worth investing in. I only workout 4 days per week and the combining of muscles and cardio in the same workout seem to be working wonderfully for me.

Have been doing The Firm workouts also, and would like to switch it up a bit...
Please advise and thank you so much!

Oh and also, which is the best place to purchase to get these for fast shipping, here or collagevideo?

Get Bootcamp for sure! That one's great...I have the full length versions of the ones you have taped, but not sure what you're missing...

The CTX series is great...Get it on DVD and you'll have endless possibilities! I know there's only one circuit workout on there, but you'd be amazed at how quick and effective the weights AND cardio sessions are!

Do you have a high step? I got High Step Circuit for Christmas, though I think I grew out of that one before I got it! Try High Step Challenge??

Best of luck!

I agree about Boot Camp. You'll get a great workout from that one! I think Circuit Max is a lot of fun. It comes with Cardio Kicks which isn't a circuit workout, but it's a good one too. Good luck!

I think Cathe's BEST circuit DVD is Terminator. It combines BootCamp, IMax 2 and Muscle Endurance. The only downside is that these workouts are long (Guantlet is the shortest at 70 minutes). But you're working real weights along with getting real cardio.

I also like Circuit Max, and BootCamp.

I did a two month circuit rotation, and keeping to Terminator, Hard Core Extreme (which is too high impact), circuit max, and some of the Upper body premixes on MIS/ME and some of the others - I did not lose any strength gains. I was able to lift the same when I went back to split weight routine.
