I had been taking The Firm multivitamins, which were excellent. Unfortunately the vitamins are always on backorder and the customer service is very bad. To make a long story short, I ordered vitamins in March, a couple of weeks later, I still did not receive the vitamins. Called their customer service and was told the vitamins were on backorder. The vitamins shipped the beginning of May, as of date I still do no have the vitamins. I will probably have my account credited. I would love to know what vitamins people on this site are using. I definitely need a vitamin w/iron, I am anemic, perimenopausal, with very heavy & long periods (when I get them). I do take a liquid iron supplement which is great, so if some people are using vitamins w/o iron, please pass on the information. The people on this site are so informative & knowledgeable.

Looking for a Multivitamin w/Iron

I like using vitacost.com for my health foods and vitamins. There is a per order shipping charge of $4.95 so I tend to buy in bulk for stuff that has a good shelf life. My orders have never taken more than a week to get to me and the prices are very competitive. They have a large supply of products. I don't need an iron suppliment so I can't advise on a brand for that.
