How are you fitting in your 1RM's....do you do several a day and count them as a day of weight training?? I'm looking for ideas on how to get my 1RM in without risking overtraining in the process.
I am wondering the same thing. How will I fit it in, time-wise, and does it make sense to count doing multiple 1RM tests in one session, a workout? And Hi Jerry, good to "talk" to you after meeting you in Jersey last week!
I'm just guessing here, but since SNM has posted that there will be tutorials/pictures with exercises for which we will need to do a 1RM that they will also provide some suggestions in this area. At least I hope so. I am holding off on starting any of this until we get some "directions for dummies!"
