Wow! Very nice (I was finally able to see it---for some reason, it didn't show up on my home computer). I like the assisted dip/chin option. Pull-ups/chin-ups are VERY effective, and my hat is off to anyone who can do even ONE without assistance! I made my way through P90X by using at least one foot on the back of a chair for dips, and still can't do one without assist (I think there's something off in my kinetic chain that I haven't figured out yet!)
