I have been doing upperbody heavy for the past two months and have seen some results. I am doing lower body with only ankle weights with cathes floor work. My question is, should I go light on upper body since I have no choice but to go light on my legs. don't know how long I have to go light on legs. Will my arms and upperbody look dispeportional?
