Look Great in 4 Rotation Check In

Hi! I just wanted to go ahead and make my first check-in. This week will be week 1 for me, Circuit week. I'd planned a cardio w/o for this morning but my almost 1 y.o. son had other ideas, so it became a flexibility day instead. Hopefully he'll cooperate and the rest of the week will flow better. Here's what I have planned:

Mon: Flexibility training
Tue: Step Blast
Wed: Supersets
Thur: Step, Jump & Pump - step and hi/lo only
Fri: Supersets and IMAX2 intervals 1-5 premix
Sat: KPC cardio drills and combos 1&2
Sun: Supersets

I plan my workouts based on a Mon-Sun week. I only have time to exercise in the very early morning. Again, I hope my son will sleep through my workouts! Usually he does, maybe the long weekend threw him off :). Hope we all have a great week!
