Tues-Run or any other cardio
Wed-ME/ run
Thurs-IMAX2
Fri-PLB
Sat-Run or any other cardio
Sun-off
DO this for a couple of weeks

MOn-S&H TRi/Bic/cardio
Tues-Cardio
Wed-Power hour/cardio
Thurs-Cardio
Fri-S&H Ches, back,cardio
Sat-S&H Legs and shoulder
Sun-cardio
The bottom line is, I have been gone for 3 weeks and I am just getting back into weights.I want to try and lose 10 lbs by the end of july.I wanted to get back into weights and then switch it up abit with a different workout.I would probably add more cardio on days where I can,a walk or kickboxing.
what do ya think?

Hey, Lori,

This looks like a great idea. I like that it has different types of wt. work during the week and that the weeks change frequently. (I'm so easily bored, it's embarrassing. :p ) I'm about to embark on a M&FHers rotation that Seabush posted, but I'm copying this one for a later date. Be sure to post your results here, if you don't mind~ :*

I wanted to work with weights more then I did before and I wanted to change it up a bit b/c i get easily bored to.I may even put an extra upper body wrokout in there b/c I would like to see results like I did with TTR.
I just wanted someone else to look at it and see if there was anything wrong that I didn't notice.
