Hi,
I am finally at a rotation that has some decent crosstraining (I'd step every day if I could) and would like some input. I want to lose about 10 more lbs.
Sun - MIS
Mon - step
Tues - IMAX (owmax) or Intense Moves
Wed - PH
Thurs - free cardio/pure strength legs floorwork
Fri - cardio kicks/body max upper
I am still working on free cardio ideas since MIC just doesn't appeal to me. Would Body Max or Circuit Max work here since it's the day after Power Hour? I have a couple dancey-type floor tapes (Still Jumpin, Donnamite) that I haven't done too often.
