Since these are Black Friday special, I ordered them. I didn’t have the regular ones, but I have to say, I love the longer ones!!! I am not that tall, but I figured the extra couple inches would help in getting a greater range of motion and it does.. I thought that I would only be able to use the light one., but I can use the medium and even the black heavy for a few exercises!!
