I’ve been going thru these workouts, seeing what all is in them. Overall Impression: Two words….

LOVE THEM!

Such variety & fun factor, while getting the job done…some things that I love that come to mind…
the mini ball warmup in Barre Bootcamp—-too much fun!
warmup in Upper Body with tubing
the “floor step” segments in Low Impact
all the different upper body combos —great moves…
the loop segments in Lower Body, a lot of different things. I haven’t gotten a look thru all the
workouts yet, but I know I will not be disappointed.
I already liked LMR #1, but it’s gotta move over & make room for #2……..:)

SAME! I absolutely LOVE the upper body warm up with the tubing. I ordered balance discs and cannot wait to give Balance Fusion a try!
 
After watching all 15 workouts (still busy with STS2.0 CHALLENGES!), they receive the highest note in everything. They are functional, mobility, flexibility and strength training in every aspect. Have the impression, but can't put my hand on, that they cover all range of motions, including Nick Tumminello's extended full range of motion zones: (no redundancy, movements that support lengthened and shortened to midrange strength zones). Need to work it out to be sure!
At any rate, they are superb, more than enough to make a long living functional, mobile, flexible and strong body. Thanks Cathe!
