Maybe I could just sub Butts& Guts for those days? Does anyone know of a site or list of alternative exercises for home? I know she has an "emergency" home alternatives page but that seems like a 1 or 2 day option not for the entire program.
I don't have a gym membership, and I did her program last year. For the leg exercises you can sub lunges and high step ups. Or do butts and guts that day!

For those of you who tried it what type of results did you get? Did you follow her diet?
