I've been enjoying these "get in, get it done!" Live Burn Sets workouts. Perhaps it's time for another set - also done as Tri-sets with heavy weights. Or maybe SuperSets and Push/Pull this time. With 1 minute rest/stretch between sets (or not). And Express 30-35 minutes. Or any lifting format but keep the heavier focus and the "get in/get it done" idea. Thanks for considering.
 
Thumbs up to that. Out of all the lives I was attracted to and have downloaded, it was these in particular and 458, 459, 460, 461, and 465 the "Strong and Fit" workouts.
