Lite PHA 2 Extreme

OH MY GOODNESS!! So, I've been following my own metabolic rotation, using PHA 2 twice a week. Today I decided to do Extreme 1 premix. I absolutely loved it. Total sweatfest and i increased my weights on my deadlifts and squats on the last round to 20 lbs. It was amazing. I thought my heart was going to jump through my chest. This was supposed to be my last week with PHA but I might add an additional week with an extreme round.
