list of weights used in the dvds

Hi all,
just a quick question.
There was a link somewhere here to a document that had tables of all the weights Cathe uses in her dvds

But i can't find it and my old computer with it on died!!!

Can anyone help me with where to find it, i love having the info at my fingertips
