I just got STS, LIS and all my fitness toys this past week. As I opened the Cathe fitness package(with a BodyBall and gliding discs) my 8 year old dd Lucy's eyes lit up when she saw the toys. As I am trying to blow up the ball, she looks in the box and finds the gliders. She asks me what they were. Rather than tell her what they were, I showed her by doing a cross-country ski. I went back to blowing up the ball and before I knew it, Lucy had my discs in the kitchen sliding away.
"Forget rollerskates for Christmas, Mom! There's a new skate in town!"
I guess I'm going to have to order another pair.
My firewalkers were out of stock and when I get them, I'm hiding them. I mean I don't play with her Barbies! Let me have my toys. She is too funny.
