I'm almost 6 weeks postpartum and plan to use the Low Impact Series after getting the "green light" to start working out again. It sounds like it'll be perfect for me--tough but easy on the joints--and, since I'm breastfeeding, I definitely appreciate that there won't be a lot of bouncing around.
I'm sure it'll be a while before I'm able to stick to a regular workout schedule (life with a newborn chaos and everything), but I can't wait to get started even if it's a slow start!
Is anyone else using LIS to lose baby weight? How's it going for you?
