Thanks again for these fabulous LIS workouts. I am thrilled to notice that even after only a week, my thighs are getting leaner.
My question is regarding the LIS/STS rotation. I've got those stocky Scottish legs which may have been beneficial for Highland Games but which I am always struggling to fit into pants.
As I am not planning on tossing any cabers in the forseeable future
, I have plenty of muscle and definition. In combining LIS and STS, I want to keep the leaning-out effect of LIS. Should I go lighter on STS legs? How light?
