I have never done it nor would I consider it. I think it is dangerous. Work with what you've got, workout, watch your diet. No need for liposuction. Why put your body through something unnecessary? Just my opinon.. take it or leave it.
Nope. No way. Wouldn't even consider it. Never ever never. I would rather have my stomach stapled than have liposuction but would never consider having that done either! For me personally, I would rather fight the fat fight with exercise and a healthy diet because I believe the best way to turn bad habits around is to turn them into good habits. I'm sure it works wonders for some people both psychologically and physically but I bet there's some folks who see it as a gratuituous quick fix. I see it as a very dangerous and pretty icky way (have you seen/read about the liposuction process? that alone would be enough to drive me onto some wacky cabbage soup diet for a hundred days!) of dealing with a health issue.

Seems tempting when I look at the "liposuction areas" on my body. Maybe I'd do it if it were affordable, 100% safe, and painless, but it's not. It also doesn't get rid of cellulite, and sometimes makes it worse.
I had lipo done on my stomach in 1992 and was very pleased! I had a board certified plastic surgeon that only removed what he considered to be a safe amount. He told me that my stomach would not be completely flat but definitely would be flatter. Some of us have that one area that we can't do anything about no matter how hard we work out, that was me and I opted to go with liposuction. Another member of my family had it done last year and she is thrilled with the results.
