Link to onDemand

It would be great if DVD workouts in workout manager could show a link to the ondemand page when available.

Also, if one isn't logged into onDemand it would be great to either forward to the login page or show a login form instead of 404 error.

Workout Manager and OnDemand

As far as the Workout Manager goes we already plan on having links to our OnDemand videos, but we can't do this until after we launch our new delivery system as all of the links will change when this happens. Not sure when we will get to this as we have a lot of irons in the fire, but we will eventually get to this.
