Cathe~I wnated to check with you to see if you could help our program out. I live in Il. just across the river from Iowa. Iowa has a program that is called Lighten up Iowa. It is a program to help people with weight loss and activity. I have done your videos and enjoy them they give me a real challange. My question is if you could donate some video's for us to give as incintives. I did the program last year and will do it again this year. This helps so many people learn to eat right exercise and become healthy. It would be wonderful if you could come speak at one of our meetings and encourage people to become heathy. Please let me know if there is anything that you could do to help Iowa become healthy you are a great person and I think you have the personality to chnage some lives in Iowa.
