LIFTING WEIGHTS AND FORM ?

Hi All,

I would be very grateful if I could have some tips about form and weight lifting. I often wonder if I am doing it right ? For example, wrists.....I never know if I am keeping them still and straight, how would the exercise feel different, in the case of biceps, if I was lifting using my wrists ?

Just things like that.......
