Lifting Variety?

Could you please tell me if you have any DVD's currently available where you do three sets of exercises for the same body part but use a different exercise for each set?

For example - a bicep curl: 1st set is a traditional curl, the 2nd set might be hammer curls and the 3rd set could be concentration curls.

I'm looking for a different type of weight lifting exercise within the sets because I love variety. Thank you for your help!
