Hi Everyone,
We want to inform everyone that we still expect the shipment of Lift, Move & Restore DVDs to arrive at our facility in a few more days and we will begin shipping pre-sale orders next week. However, we may have to delay Canadian shipments due to the Canadian postal strike. Hopefully, the strike will be resolved by then, but currently, we are being told to not ship anything to Canada until the strike is over.
Downloads should be available the day after DVDs begin shipping. If you have trouble downloading it's best to wait a day and try again when server traffic is less and the digital files have had more time to propagate to more cloud servers. If you have lost your download claim code make sure to contact our customer service team ASAP. If you're an International customer, or if you paid by Amazon Pay your code will be sent to you shortly.
A few days after the downloads are released we plan on releasing the new DVDs on Cathe OnDemand assuming there are no technical issues. This a very difficult and time-consuming process. Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, we may need to do this after the holiday is over because if we run into trouble it could knock our entire service down, and getting technical help on a holiday weekend is difficult. That’s also when we’ll release the User's Guide for the new workouts which will include the workout rotations. FYI: We can't release the User's Guide until after the streaming videos are released as it uses the same database as Cathe OnDemand does.
