SOME GOOD NEWS!!! Our production run is now complete and all of the new Lift, Move & Restore DVDs are now on their way to us by truck from California. It will take about a week for them to make their journey from California to New Jersey, but our team is currently prepping packages and labels so that we are ready to pack and ship as soon as they get here!
We will let you follow along as they make their way to us and then to you. We also plan to take you behind the scenes of their arrival and the shipping process as we get them to your doorstep!
IMPORTANT: If you’ve moved since pre-ordering the series please email customer service so that we can ensure your package is delivered to the correct address. You must contact us by this Thursday with any address change. After this date, it will be nearly impossible to make an address change as orders will be separated into large batches for final processing
Downloads should be available the day after DVDs begin shipping. If you have trouble downloading it's best to wait a day and try again when server traffic is less and the digital files have had more time to propagate to more cloud servers. If you have lost your download claim code make sure to contact our customer service team ASAP. If you're an International customer, or if you paid by Amazon Pay your code will be sent to you shortly.
A few days after the downloads are released we plan on releasing the new DVDs on Cathe OnDemand assuming there are no technical issues. This a very difficult and time-consuming process. Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, we may need to do this after the holiday is over because if we run into trouble it could knock our entire service down, and getting technical help on a holiday weekend is difficult. That’s also when we’ll release the User's Guide for the new workouts which will include the workout rotations. FYI: We can't release the User's Guide until after the streaming videos are released as it uses the same database as Cathe OnDemand does.
