Hi Cathe!

First, let me say that I love the new LIC workout -- just did it this morning, and even though I usually can only spare an hour for working out, I did the entire workout, and it was great.

Love the music for the stretch and would like to buy the CD that it comes from. Could you possibly tell me the name of the song that is used on the LIC stretch and where I might be able to buy the CD?

Hi Karen...so glad you are enjoying LIC. I LOVED that stretch composition too. I have to tell you honestly, that I was given sampler music on a CD with no titles. Just a number after the sampler song. So I really have no way to track this music. I know bigbeatmuzic.com was our music supplier so perhaps if they have song samples on their website you could find it that way. Sorry I wish I could help you more.
