Levitation holds

I also use Cathe's hand position to do them, but it's a lot of stress on the hands, still. I actually just started being able to do these consistently this week, thanks to my BF who helped me with the mechanics of doing it. He suggested placing my hands more toward the front of my knees so that when you push up it's almost as if you're pushing forward. It really worked for me--I can do them every time I try now.

Also, Charlotte, about your neck hurting on this one--in your photo, you're lifting you're chin up and it looks as if you're tensing your neck. Could that be the cause of the pain in your neck? Just a thought...
