levels of fitness for Cathe

I've been wondering, reading posts here and there about Cathe's workouts~ how some are more challenging than others. I'm curious to see what you all think about having her workouts listed as "Intermediate", "Intermediate/Advanced" and "Advanced". It seems some workouts are comparable, but one is more advanced than the other. For example, C&W similar to Cardio Kicks, but C&W is more intermediate and SJP is more intermediate to Body Max. I know a workout is what you make of it, but still ~ just wondering.

I would definitely say some of Cathe's tapes are more difficult than others (CircuitMax is harder than C&W), but IMO none are intermediate.

I may use C&W when I'm recuperating from being sick, but if I haven't worked out in a week or so, it is challenging.

And, of course, "intermediate", or "advanced" is all relative to the individual. While I consider "CircuitMax" to be so hard that it's akin to torture, you may think it's not that difficult, ya know?
