Good Afternoon!
Today I did the elliptical for 20 min with a pre programmed program!=0!! Yesterday I started the elliptical, but the batteries ran out!- go figure! I haven't done it for at least a year! So I hopped on the treadmill and did steady state for 20 min. Then I did chinups/pullups/pushups pyramid:
1 chin/1 neg pull/5 pushups
2 chins/2 neg pulls/10 pushups
3 chins/3 neg pulls/15 pushups
4 chins/4 neg pulls/20 pushups
and then I went back down the pyramid.
I was happy with that, haven't done them in 1 and a half weeks and I had good form! I know my brothers going to challenge me with them!LOL and I wanted to be ready! I knocked his socks off the first time I did them, and now we have a friendly competition!
I liked Cathe's rotation also. But I think I am going to do full body for 6 weeks and then a split with a full body till STS (which looks like a Channukah/ Christmas time frame!) So I am going to do my rotation, but I may do full body on the third weight day instead of a circuit- depending on how I feel.
