Good Morning Ladies!
It was raining this morning during my run time, so I now plan to do 4ds KB and CM in a minute. DS's GF will be coming to visit for the weekend so I have been trying to clean up my guest/workout room for her.
Did you guys see the August rotation? I printed it, but still want to do Deanie's.

Deanie~ How did the elliptical workout go? What is on tap for today?

Marcy~Did you see my post from yesterday? I found Patrick's Kitchen Sink workout on NetFlix, but not the one you have. Have you tried that one?

Tracee~Hope you are able to join us on a regular basis now! Great to "see" you again!

Today I did the elliptical for 20 min with a pre programmed program!=0!! Yesterday I started the elliptical, but the batteries ran out!- go figure! I haven't done it for at least a year! So I hopped on the treadmill and did steady state for 20 min. Then I did chinups/pullups/pushups pyramid:
1 chin/1 neg pull/5 pushups
2 chins/2 neg pulls/10 pushups
3 chins/3 neg pulls/15 pushups
4 chins/4 neg pulls/20 pushups
and then I went back down the pyramid.
I was happy with that, haven't done them in 1 and a half weeks and I had good form! I know my brothers going to challenge me with them!LOL and I wanted to be ready! I knocked his socks off the first time I did them, and now we have a friendly competition!:D

I liked Cathe's rotation also. But I think I am going to do full body for 6 weeks and then a split with a full body till STS (which looks like a Channukah/ Christmas time frame!) So I am going to do my rotation, but I may do full body on the third weight day instead of a circuit- depending on how I feel.

Gin~ Have a fun workout! Are you starting the rotation on Sunday?

Marcy~ Keep us posted with the job stuff. Are you doing the rotation with us?

Tracee~ I hope you are able to check in with us daily again!

Hi Ladies!

No workout for me yet. Just Clean Max. I also did 1 3/4 pullups and 1 chinup. I might try to do some kickboxing later. I also want to try Tracey's Circuit Zone over the weekend. I've heard mixed things about this and need to do decide if it goes on my trade pile.

I haven't yet decided what rotation I'm going to do but I really wanted to work on lower body so (Deanie - could you post your hip loss rotation?) I saw the August rotation (it actually sounds good but being that I just finished GS and PS, I need a change.)

Gin - I saw your post from yesterday. I haven't done Kitchen Sink Conditioning but I've heard it was good with the exception of the fact that it uses a lot of equipment. There are reviews on videofitness.com. I'm glad your headaches are getting better.

Deanie - Good luck in your chin/pull competition! You're strong competition! Your brother better watch out!

Fri…..KPC (skip warm up and no abs)
Sat…Leaner Legs and KPC abs

Mon….Pyramid Upper Body
Tues…. Interval Max ( I did HIIT)
Wed….Butts and Guts Premix #3 (47 min) plus B&G stability ball abs
Thurs…. 4DS kickbox/bootcamp cardio only
Fri….circuit from Terminator DVD

Sat…off
Sun….Pyramid Lower Body plus 30 minute run.

Mon….LIC upper body premix/CTX Kickbox (warm up and cardio portion only)

Tues…..Butts and Guts Premix #4
Wed…..Rhythmic Step (I did HIIT)
Thurs….Legs and Glutes Plus ab hits premix #6
Fri…..Drill Max Premix #5 (60min)
Sat….Kick Max (I did low impact KB premix)
Sun….OFF
