Good Morning Gals

Today was KPC without the abs. great workout:)
today we are doing nothing all day, but going to the library later:):)

Gin~ you are too funny!! (with your last check in!!) You are dedicated! OMG! A baby at 48?!?!?! No way Jose!!:p but I wish her much luck!! I just previewed SS for mondays start of the rotation, not sure if I like it, but we'll see. there are only 2 exersises for chest and 2 for back, it hardly seems worth it since we are already adding chins and pullups. I may skip the ss chest and back.... I had wanted to do a super set full body workout and debbie sugggested this rotation, but now I'm wondering if we would be better off just doing the 4DS weight work only. (still using her rotation format) What do you think?

Marcy~ The interview sounds promising. I hope it works out for you- I am keeping my fingers crossed!!:) I am surprised your home inspector didn't find the air conditioner in need of repair! What a bummer to have to replace it when you've just moved in!!!! I'm glad you enjoyed the rotation. Did you take measurements? How'd you do?

Okay, I am now stressing out about the rotation next week.:mad::rolleyes: It being a week before TOM is not helping either. I'm not happy with the ss/4DS combo, so I've reworked the rotation. I'm really sorry Gin, I feel bad, but I think the new rotation makes more sense. Next month I might be doing PUB/PLB and SS, I think using SS as a full body workout may be better for me. I wanted to use SS but not the way in the other rotation, not enough chest/back to make it worthwhile.

So here is the new rotation. BE HONEST and tell me what you think...

September 08 rotation
Using 4DS

Cardio is 45-60 min.
Abs twice a week
Cardio is rotated:
Imax, steady state, treadmill, kickbox/bootcamp, dm cardio only, etc.
Chin ups and pull-ups added on Mondays and Fridays

Week 1
Mon.: Chest & Back
Tues: 45 min treadmill level 8 fat burner and coremax #1
Wed.: Biceps & Triceps
Thurs: RS
Fri: Shoulders and core max-tough abs premix
Sat.: Legs
Sun.: Off

Week 2
Mon.: Chest & Back
Tues: cardio kicks
Wed.: Biceps & Triceps
Thurs: the Gauntlet cardio only and abs
Fri.: Shoulders
Sat.: Legs and abs
Sun.: Off



Week 3
Mon.: Chest & Back
Tues: 4DS KB/BC cardio only
Wed.: Biceps & Triceps
Thurs: 45 min treadmill fat burner level 8 and B&G stability ball abs

Fri: Shoulders
Sat.: Legs and KB abs
Sun.: Off


Week 4
Mon.: Chest & Back
Tues: HCE#3 and LIS abs
Wed.: Biceps & Triceps
Thurs: DM cardio only

Fri.: Shoulders
Sat.: Legs and abs
Sun.: Off

I wish I knew when sts was coming out:confused:, I almost want to do a p90x rotation using the 4ds series, which the above rotation is pretty close to anyway... argh! i hate the week before tom - i have a hard time letting things go. now I'm fixated on getting a rotation for monday:mad:

Good Morning!

Today was rest so I did BB's Core Power Yoga and DH and I are about to take a walk. We were planning to go before it got too hot and now it is 90 degrees so so much for that idea! I was so tired from last week that I slept until 8:30 !!I NEVER do that!:eek:

Deanie~ You are so funny. The new rotation is fine. You just took out the SS/PP, right? It will be easier to do when I am in a hurry in the morinng, so it's fine by me. I may switch some of the cardio though.

Good Afternoon!

Today I did B&G #4 (floorwork and weighted abs). I had a great workout. Used 5# weights for everything including abs.

I didn't take my measurements yet. Will do that tomorrow. I'm going to Salsa lessons tonight.

I made up a new rotation for myself last night. It will be Squeeze, Kickbox, Pure Barre, Kickbox, Yoga, and Upper Body. I will alternate kickbox workouts each week. I didn't realize I have about 20 kickbox workouts now. I might also alternate some other barre type workouts but this is what I have for now at least for week 1.

Deanie - We knew the A/C system was 13 years old when we bought the house but we were hoping it would last a little longer than a few months after we moved in. Your new rotation looks good. Very much like the X. Don't stress so much.

Gin - Yes, you are very dedicated! I love that KPC premix. When I finally get back to work, I might have to start doing more shorter premixes or shorter workouts. I can't imagine having a baby at 48 either! Have a great dinner with your friends and DHs tonight. Glad your little ones are being good for you. Any new Netflix purchases?

Good Morning Ladies!

Today I started the push up challenge and then did 4ds Chest and Back and went ahead and added SS c&b (only 10 more min.) then 5 assisted pulls and chins. I assume that I was supposed to skip through all of the pushups in 4ds, right Deanie?

Marcy~How were the Salsa lessons? Your next rotation looks good. You are always so good about trying to use all of your dvds. I don't think I have anything in my NetFlix queue. I need to take a look and think about what I might like to rent next.

Deanie~Hope you are not still stressd about the rotation!;) You know it looks great! Thank you for figuring it all out! I may still keep the SS/PP add-on in depending on how much time I have in the mornings. I think it should only add about 10 more min. I guess you are a day behind me now.

today is a rest day for me, so I am resting!!
I am fine just continuing with this thread for next week, or we can start a new one on Monday. Funny, I didn't think about starting a new one today either:eek:

Gin~ GREAT JOB with the chins and pulls! I was going to shoot for 3 chins and 3 neg. pullups! How was the pushup challenge for you? I'm not sure how I'm going to work in the pushup challenge with the new rotation. I'm not sure I want to skip the pushups in 4ds, but you know how anal I am, i don't want to skip the challenge either,!!!:eek: so we'll see... No, not stressed out any more about the rotation anymore, ;) thanks! I am a day behind you now:( I like having sunday as my rest day, its the one day during the school year we don't have anywhere to be first thing in the morning!

Marcy~ Hope you have fun at the salsa party;):D Your rotation looks good- did you see Debbie did a leg blast 08 rotation for sept? I thought of you.

wondering what Cathe's rotation will be and when the new sts clip will be up!:) Off to set up for tomorrows workout!
