<-- will say hi before <-- does that and tell you that <-- hopes the weekend was fantabulous and NOT craptastic and <-- will do the 2 days of work this week
<-- went to Christine's house this morning and met Tucker and Kimo and Christine's DearH and we all went on a killer hike and <-- burned 1900 calories
<-- then came home, showered, ate, and then fell asleep until 3:45pm
<-- likes the napping part of the day
<-- will be busy tomorrow, too, as <-- has Abby Monday at bootcamp, then day job work, then evening bootcamp (<-- will go to the evening one MWF this week to see how they are as a group and how hard they work and where they do stuff on the campus and get as many bits of knowledge gems from lead instructor man as possible before he leaves for the police academy Friday)

<-- is thinking of making them stand in a circle in a squat and pass weights around to each other without moving their feet or hips, and then releasing some of them to run over to the jungle gym and hang down and bring up their knees and then go to the picnic benches and put their feet in and out a few times before coming back to the circle }(
