Good Morning All!!
Gotta' love that cardio surge in the morning to kick start your day Plyo Cardio Circuit done. I'm used to working out at least an hour to an hour and 1/2 in the morning so these short workouts are a nice change - quick and to the point.
Ffte - now I know what you mean re the forward bend hamstring stretch at the end - yep, my heart rate is still going when Shaun does that stretch, but I just take my time.
