CR done and it was just perfect. I know this is not the most popular workout/stretch of the series, but to me it just really stretches all the right places.
Nico - I'm sorry to hear about your frustration with results. I'm in week 4 and have lost 3 lbs, but my diet has been been the same (good, but not perfect). I'm tighter all over (mostly core) and my upper body is leaner and my legs are stronger (I like squat pulses now). I'm going to attempt to follow the Insanity nutrition plan for the 2nd month, not necessarily to lose weight, but just to keep up the energy for the program. Also, my cardio capacity has greatly improved and I'm excited to take these results onto other workouts. DH is also in week 4 and has lost 9 lbs. He has cut out the extra treats (dessert).

Sandra - I'm loving these shorter workouts also!! I'm used to working out at least an hour to an hour and 1/2 in the mornings before work and now I've had some extra time to slow down and of course, post here
