PC&CA today although it was not my best workout by far. I stopped short on just about every exercise aside from the warm-up, stretch & cool down
Don't know what what was up with that
Anyway, I'm still sweaty so that's ok.

Sandra - I keep wondering how my improvements from Insanity (other than today
) will be in my other workouts. I'm used to longer workouts, but sometimes get overworked by KPC, Imax2&3 & BM2 to where I do not feel energized afterward, but just wiped out. I'm hoping my cardio capacity will make those workouts a breeze (wishful thinking?
