Kariev, thank you for the negative pullups reminder, I will add those at least weekly to Insanity. I think I will do P90X shoulders and arms and one of cathe's back and chest workouts for the duration of my Insaniry rotation.
Colleen, glad to see you are feeling better. Good for you to do Cathe's workouts while recovering. You go girl!!
Today was FitTest and I improved on everything except the last exercise which was some kind of oblique low plank. I did the same amount and could have done a few more but opted to rest for a few seconds at the 30 second mark in that exercise. I was happy with the results and followed the FitTest with Cathe's no-equipment ab workout.I can't believe how I have responded to these workouts. Much as I am a cardio junkie, I haven't been pushing myself cardiowise these past 6 months, so I am overjoyed I have been able to get through the workouts day after day.
