How are you feeling? So sorry to hear of you CTS. Its too soon for me to answer your question just yet as exercises get pulled, added, refined and or replaced in this phase for smoothness and effectiveness. But here is something to consider, if the workouts aren't meeting your CTS needs at the time that you try them, but you think you can use the workouts down the road at some point, then I would say order them now if you want the savings (or put them in Alesia's Christmas stocking, ;)) but if you truly are hesitant and don't want to chance it, then obviously wait until they are released to make your decision.

How are you doing? I am on the fence about the new workouts:( I have carpal tunnel symptoms. I am having a hard time with with all those Burpies and Mountain Climbers in AB. How many are in the new workouts:eek: Do you think I can handle the new workout with CTS? Of course, the doc told me 2 weeks ago to rest:confused: tomorrow I am finishing up the 8 1/2 month STS rotation, I wasn't gonna stop now:p :eek:
 
Hi Glogal....I had a blast and Texas and if we are able to get there again someday I would be very happy. Too soon to know yet though. And its actually also too soon to know when the workouts will be shipping. But we will keep you posted here and on FB always! Thanks for checking in with me today :)

Hi Belinda! Yah on your STS Rotation! That's awesome.(I wouldn't have stopped either! :p) Maybe you could sub in other moves like Plyos or 1/2 Circle Turns or anything that would keep your HR up while KILLER Cathe is doing the Burpies/Mtn.Climbers. Miss you. Say Hi to Aleisa!

Hi Debbie, that's a great idea:D Thank you! Why didn't I think of that:p As long as I don't put any pressure on my wrist/hand, I should be fine! Alesia and I miss you too. I will say Hi to her;) Hope to see you and Cathe soon;) I could get the new workout to celebrate on finishing the 8.5 month STS rotation:p

I think the new workouts would be a great gift to yourself! 8 1/2 month STS Rotation is no small feat! You go girl!!! Are you & Alesia going to either RT? I forget!
