<---is back from the doctor: He thinks I may have torn some cartilage. I have an MRI next Friday and another appointment with the doctor a week after that. If it is torn, I'll have same day surgery to remove the torn part. Till then, bike riding for aerobic and modifications for weight work. I have an old (very old) exercise bike in the basement I guess I'll have to drag out and clean up for the days it's too cold for outside.

My ex-father-in-law had been sick for years with emphysema from smoking since the age of 9. He had recently been diagnosed with inoperable and widespread cancer and we were all dreading the future. Then this morning something happened, we don't know for sure, stroke, MI, but he went very suddenly. DD is having a hard time with it since she was his Princess through and through.
