What are some good workout moves to build up the back of my legs? From the side view, the front of my thighs buldge out way more than the back of my leg and it looks weird. Any suggestions? Thanks!!:)
 
Not Cathe here, but I did GS Legs the other day and the backs of my legs (hamstrings) are still sore! In GS Legs, Cathe does deadlifts for hamstrings, then moves to the floor with some hamstring moves with the ball. Boy, do these get you in the back of the legs. If you don't have GS Legs, you might consider it.

Thank you for your suggestion! I just bought GS Legs, so I will put it into my rotation.

Not Cathe, butt...

Do you have Butts & Guts? It does an awesome job working the glutes and hamstrings. The standing portion has some traditional squats and lunges that'll work your quads too, but it's got a ton of interesting moves that'll really isolate your hammies. One of my favorites are the stability ball roll-in's. I still have to stop to stretch in the middle sometimes because my hamstrings get a little too tight. Honestly, there's too many good moves to mention, I highly recommend trying it! I definitely noticed the hamstrings sticking out more after a couple weeks.
 
I did 4DS legs on Monday, and I'm still feeling it, but it's a good feeling. I'm going to do GS Legs next. Feel the burn... Kay
