legs question

Hai all,

This guestion I also ask at the ask Cathe forum,
but maybe one of you know the answer?!

1.5 year ago I started with workout at home
and lost 3 kg and 4 cm of my legs and hips
but now my legs grow fat again(1.5 cm)
I am 57 kg and 1.77 , so it,s not necessary to lose weight.
Is it because I use too much weight (22 kg) or did I too much legs workout.
If I lose more weight my upper body will be thin.
what is the best thing to do?

Seriously, have you ever heard of it? There are about a bazillion (and I'm not kidding!;) ) posts on these boards about freestyle training....basically you train your legs every day with light weight.

A couple of points though...You can't spot reduce fat but I have a feeling your legs are probably not FAT, they are probably just not toned/muscular enough. I'd try this and see if it works!

Also, freestyle training is generally used when heavy weights bulk up the legs more than you'd like...if you want/like the look of BIG muscles in your legs then this wouldn't be for you.
