I am considering purchasing GS Legs...I have just bought and received L&G's and I love it. Could any one give me any feedback on the GS series, Is it a must have? I have also purchased the P90X series, waiting anxiously for it!

Thanks,
Jennifer

In my opinion, all of the GS DVDs are the very best that Cathe has made. GS Legs is awesome with superior exercises, such as the slow count static lunges at the end of the standing portion. The floor work utilizes the band and the stability ball.... I just love the entire DVD and can't seem to shake the love affair and move on to others!:)

I think L&G is Cathe's best leg workout, but GS Legs is a very close second; the band work is phenomenal and hits your legs in places you never knew existed!

GS Legs...I couldn't walk right for a week after that one!!
I thought it was a little tougher than L&G.
You won't regret it if you do buy it.

If you want tough, get GS Legs. If you want fun, get L&G. Both work very well in shaping the legs. Also, if you like floor work more than standing leg work, you might like GS Legs. It has the best floor work among Cathe's leg workouts.

If you make it through the low ends with 30 lbs on the gym style i will kiss your butt.I usually have to stand for a second before i go back down for another 7 count. It is tough. I like it better than legs and glutes. It is a must have . I think the gym style series is the toughest. You will feel it tomorrowwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go for it.
