You cannot completely get rid of cellulite - and i think most of us have some. But what you're doing regarding the workouts is excellent to improve the tone and make it appear less visible. I will add that nutrition is key IMO in regards to fat deposition - ie high sugar - very bad!! Then there's genetics that we can't run away from!
I've heard of the brushing - what do you use?
has anyone heard of the wraps? I've heard they don't completely solve but do diminish a little.
I workout 6 days a week on average and just did an STS/cardio 14 week rotation that was awesome. My legs did get some muscle addition but I still have this wiggly, cellulite, not firm enough look that drives me crazy!
Any suggestions?
