1.5 year ago I started with workout at home
and lost 3 kg and 4 cm of my legs and hips
but now my legs got fatter again.
I am 57 kg and 1.77 , so it,s not necessary to lose weight.
Is it because I use too much weight (22 kg) or did I too much legs workout.
If I lose more weight my upper body will be thin.
what is the best thing to do?

Hey anja,

I would like to know the answer to that one too. I want to lose in my lower body and not the upper. When I lose I get too small in the upperbody.
