Please note the FOUR sets of walking lunges. This one is absolutely KILLER and works your legs like nothing else. You'll get great DOMS. It also doesn't have any ab work in it. You can add on if you like at the end. If you're still alive:p
 
Be prepared to say some not so nice things to Cathe. I have a pretty high tolerance for lower body workouts but talk about lactic acid build up big time. This gets me every time. I always add the floor glute work on to this premix though b/c I think it is the best floor work I've come across for the tush!
