Legs and Glutes

This is the first time I've done this workout. It hits every muscle group in your legs and butt. I love this workout!

Is there another fantastic workout for the legs and butt, or is this the most wonderful of them all?

Janie

I think gym style legs is awesome. I also love legs and glutes. The lying leg work in gymstyle legs is really a burner. I would suggest trying the gymstyle legs. It used medium weights and a lot of reps and has really toned and slimmed my thighs.

Leaner Legs and Gym Style-Legs are also wonderful workouts. For me, LL is still the meanest of all. I like GS-Legs because of the lunges and the awesome floorwork. PLB is another one I like, but I do them endurance style, using only light to moderate weights and fast forwarding through the rest periods. I use dumbbells so I don't have to keep changing barbell plates.

GS Legs, Leaner Legs and L&G are the ones I use the most. But come to think of it, I do also like the lower body premix on ME - that'll get you too!

Pinky I hope you see this,
When you say doing it endurance style, does that mean that whatever exercise is being done, you go straight through for the entire set - I guess that would be around 50 reps per exercise. Your rest periods are the time it takes to FF??
If this is correct, what is the reasoning for doing it this way??

Thanks for answering
