Leg workout without weights

Has anyone done a leg workout without weights just to keep there leg endurance up. I will be doing leg and glutes extreme premix today then a heavy leg workout in a couple of days at the gym. I just want my legs to stay slim and lean looking not bulky.
 
I've been doing walking lunges alternating with sprints and walking recovery two days a week. Example: 100 lunges, walk 100yds, sprint 100yds x2, and repeat. Now when I do lunges with my class their whiny and I don't feel a thing in my legs. It also improved my overall leg strength. I can go heavier than before. :p
 
Better Burn Better Buns is produced by Tracie Long www.tracielongtraining.com and is a lower body,cardio workout and it uses no weights. You do need sliding discs, rags, or paper plates. It is very different and my legs/buns/thutt feel's the work during this workout.

I guess it would make your legs stronger so you can go longer:). I just got done doing legs and glutes premix 67min w/o weights and it was still intense! Then i followed it with a premix of Kick Max. NOw in a couple days my boyfriend and I are doing legs at the gym and i can go heavier with my weights:)
